Monsanto Named Hawaii’s Best Place to Work

Monsanto has been named Hawaii’s best place to work in 2017 by Hawaii Business magazine. Of the 72 organizations that made the list, Monsanto took first place in the Large Business Category.

“As a proud member of Hawaii’s agricultural community, we are honored to receive this prestigious recognition,” said Dan Clegg, business operation lead for Monsanto Hawaii. “Providing the best work environment for our employees is of the utmost importance and we will continue to offer opportunities and benefits that surpass the needs of our valuable Monsanto employees, statewide.”

Monsanto provides competitive rewards and benefits to attract and retain the best talent and foster a sense of ownership in the company. By offering flexible health and retirement packages, employees can choose the benefits that best fit their needs. Monsanto also offers personal development assistance, a generous vacation schedule and unique family-friendly programs to help employees keep the right balance of work and family life.

Each year, Hawaii Business magazine partners with the research firm, Best Companies Group, to identify and recognize the best employers in Hawaii. Winners are determined through a confidential employee survey and a review of the company’s benefits and programs.
